the location was prime. public transport was close. stores are easily available. i appreciate the friendly receptionists. i liked the gym equipment it was fairly modern. the bosphorus suite room was really spacious.
the hallways lack proper air conditioning.

the location was amazing even to go by walk and see the mosques. the staff was really helpful and friendly, calling Selçuk and the pakistani guy too. i think that the stores, spa, gym, coffee shop inside the hotel are really convenient.
my room did not have air ventilation, it was old. the hotel set on heating so aircon was not available. there were only few fans available at the hotel.

i found its location amazing. it was central. the rooftop restaurant were a delight and it have views of the bosphorus. the bosphorus views was a major plus for me.
my room wasnt so good to be honest. the furniture looked aged and its cleanliness left much to be desired, so i wasnt very happy.

I found the staff very attentive. They addressed requests quickly and were consistently available. The hotel location is central , offering convenient access to many attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and effective blackout curtains , ensuring good sleep.
The gym is a bit small and could use more equipment , I think.
